Founding Marketing Hire (AI SaaS)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany; remote work is not available.

Salary: €75,000–€120,000 annually

hirify.global is a fast-growing, seed-funded AI voice platform in the B2C SaaS space.

What you will do

• Own the marketing function, including strategy, operations, budgeting, priorities, and KPIs.
• Define positioning, storytelling, and content that make a technical product clear and conversion-focused.
• Build and execute an AI-first growth playbook across organic and paid channels.
• Plan and launch go-to-market initiatives for new segments and international markets, including the UK and US.
• Run experiments, track pipeline impact, and use data to guide channel decisions.
• Hire and develop a high-performing marketing team while remaining hands-on.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing with end-to-end ownership and meaningful budget responsibility.
• Experience translating technical products into compelling positioning and storytelling.
• Strong track record building repeatable growth playbooks across organic and paid channels.
• Hands-on experience with experiments, KPI tracking, pipeline analysis, AI tools, and marketing automation.
• Experience building and leading marketing teams and launching into new segments or international markets.
• Native German and fluent professional English are required.

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company.
• Background at a strong academic institution and early career experience in consulting or a comparable high-calibre environment.
