Full-Stack Engineering Intern (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid and on-site work in a collaborative hacker-house setup

hirify.global is a pre-seed AI startup building an end-to-end automated headhunting platform.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features to production on a daily cadence.
• Own components from ideation through deployment in close collaboration with the CTO and founding team.
• Develop and iterate on an agentic system that automates headhunting end to end.
• Engage directly with users and measure improvements in hiring speed and candidate experience.
• Contribute to a high-output engineering culture centered on ownership and rapid iteration.

Requirements

• At least six months of professional or project-based experience building production features with TypeScript and React.
• Full-stack development focus with the ability to ship end-to-end features.
• Current enrollment in or pursuit of a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Production experience with Supabase, Prisma, and Typesense in a React/TypeScript stack.
• Portfolio or GitHub demonstrating full-stack projects and open-source contributions.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco and commit to a six-day work week.

Nice to have

• Experience in early-stage or entrepreneurial environments with rapid iteration and frequent shipping.
• Strong academic record, notable projects, or an active open-source presence.
• Familiarity with Cursor as a development tool.
