What you will do

• Execute test passes on localized game builds to verify linguistic, functional, and visual accuracy.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and escalate localization bugs involving translation, UI, variables, and cultural appropriateness.
• Amend or propose objective linguistic corrections in text management systems.
• Analyze issue patterns and flag systemic localization or internationalization risks early in development.
• Validate glossaries, style guides, test plans, terminology, and platform-holder requirements.
• Participate in bug triage, milestone QA reviews, standups, and review of localization tickets or player reports.

Requirements

• Native-level Arabic fluency required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Entry-level QA, localization QA, or related testing experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with QA and localization workflows, bug logging, and test execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and able to work under deadlines and follow instructions.

Nice to have

• Experience with game consoles, mobile platforms, or game development terminology.
• Knowledge of Jira, bug-tracking platforms, text management systems, and version control platforms.
• Exposure to CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ, or XLOC.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA accreditation.
• Experience with external QA partners, freelance reviewers, or regional age-rating standards.
