Localization Testing Coordinator

What you will do

• Support localization project preparation, tool setup, status reporting, delivery tracking, and risk management.
• Coordinate local and remote localization testers, assign daily tasks, and provide hardware and tool setup support.
• Manage bug tracking and testing tracking activities while ensuring adherence to testing and reporting procedures.
• Review localized game products, identify localization and guideline-related bugs, apply text fixes where possible, and report or regress remaining issues.
• Support audio talent selection and recording sessions, including remote or physical attendance, and review text, audio, art, and marketing assets.
• Train testers, contribute to recruitment and training materials, support process-improvement initiatives, and provide feedback on translators.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English and excellent mother-tongue language skills.
• Very good knowledge of cultural areas related to EA video games, including sports and World War II.
• Knowledge of video game platforms.
• An organized and structured approach to testing, with strong attention to detail.
• At least two years of experience at EA.
• Experience working in a multicultural team and an environment of constant change.
