Forensic Analysis Test Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Conduct forensic analysis of capabilities and systems.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated software testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
• Develop and maintain testing scripts and tools.
• Collaborate with operational end-users to validate requirements and identify issues before deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, computer forensics, or information systems field, or equivalent training, certifications, and experience accepted at the customer’s discretion.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Python programming, scripting, or Python-based automated test pipelines.
• Experience with forensic analysis, software testing, test plan execution, and maintaining testing scripts and tools.
• Proficiency in advanced cybersecurity industry-standard forensic analysis techniques.
• Active Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cellebrite, Wireshark, or similar forensic tools.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile and desktop operating systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices.
