Test Coordinator (Cybersecurity) (Software Testing/Critical Infrastructure): Coordinating testing across multiple projects and releases for secure, reliable network and security solutions with an accent on SIT, UAT, non-functional testing, OAT, and requirements traceability. Focus on designing test strategies, performing root cause analysis, supporting technical infrastructure, and maintaining service reliability for critical national infrastructure and public-sector customers.
Location: Dorset Area, onsite at a customer location in the United Kingdom

What you will do
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, releases, and testing cycles.
- Deliver and support SIT, UAT, non-functional testing, and OAT with internal teams, customers, and third-party partners.
- Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into test plans, test cases, quality criteria, and traceability records.
- Perform root cause analysis, track issues, and support incident resolution.
- Configure, install, test, and support technical solutions, servers, applications, devices, operating systems, and infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance while helping maintain service levels, operational targets, and departmental accreditations.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering test strategies across multiple projects and releases.
- Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle from unit testing through OAT, with experience managing risks, priorities, and workstreams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
- ISTQB Foundation certification or a proven track record in testing and leading digital teams.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 administration, VMware, SolarWinds, Cisco CUCM, Cisco ISE, networking, PKI, SAN, or Veritas NetBackup.
- Ability to obtain and maintain UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance; employment is subject to criminal and financial background checks.
