Manufacturing Intern

Location: St. Petersburg, Russia; candidates must be based in St. Petersburg or ready to relocate there

Salary: 100,000 RUB gross per month

What you will do

• Complete a 3–6 month project focused on production process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or engineering systems development.
• Improve manufacturing processes by reducing breakdowns, optimizing material flows, and increasing equipment efficiency.
• Contribute to smart maintenance, machine vision, and vision system projects.
• Digitalize employees’ daily work and develop solutions that improve equipment reliability and operational continuity.
• Work on real business challenges in a multifunctional environment with support from experienced managers.

Requirements

• Be a third- or fourth-year bachelor’s student, first- or second-year master’s student, or a recent graduate within two years of graduation.
• Study or hold a degree in engineering, technology, natural sciences, mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Demonstrate communication, leadership, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, along with operational discipline.
• Be able to work effectively in diverse teams and organizations.
• Be available for full-time work, 40 hours per week, and work onsite in St. Petersburg.
