Manufacturing Intern (Machine Vision)

Location: St. Petersburg plant; candidates must be based in St. Petersburg or be ready to relocate there.

Salary: 100,000 RUB gross per month.

What you will do

• Own a 3–6 month project focused on production process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or engineering systems development.
• Reduce equipment breakdowns and improve equipment efficiency, reliability, and uninterrupted operations.
• Optimize material flows and support smart maintenance initiatives.
• Develop machine vision and vision system projects.
• Digitalize employees’ daily work and implement practical solutions to real manufacturing challenges.
• Work in a multifunctional environment with experienced managers.

Requirements

• Third- or fourth-year bachelor’s student, first- or second-year master’s student, or recent graduate within two years of graduation.
• Degree in engineering, technology, natural sciences, mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Operational discipline and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and organizations.
• Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, at the St. Petersburg plant.
