Production Intern

Location: Novomoskovsk, Tula region, Russia; relocation to Novomoskovsk is required

Salary: 110,000 RUB gross per month; relocation and housing support of 22,000 RUB net per month may be provided for relocation from more than 50 km away

What you will do

• Lead and execute an individual business project during a 3–6 month internship.
• Optimize manufacturing processes and eliminate operational losses.
• Support quality control initiatives and the development of engineering systems.
• Improve the capability, safety, and productivity of plant systems and work processes.
• Contribute to cost-efficient engineering solutions and supply chain improvements.

Requirements

• Ready to relocate to Novomoskovsk, Tula region.
• Be a third-year student or have graduated within the past two years.
• Technical academic background, preferably in electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical, or process engineering.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with motivation to lead and learn.
• Available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
