Utilities Department Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: Novomoskovsk, Tula Region, Russia; onsite full-time work, 40 hours per week. Relocation to Novomoskovsk is required or expected for candidates who need to move more than 50 km from their permanent residence.

Salary: 110,000 RUB gross per month. Relocation and housing support of 22,000 RUB net per month may be provided when the relocation condition applies.

What you will do

• Study the infrastructure and utility systems of a large manufacturing plant, including water, energy, air supply, heating, and ventilation.
• Learn the layout and technical equipment of facilities and utilities.
• Support projects that improve the efficiency and reliability of utility systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing technical solutions for facility operations.
• Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives for utility management.

Requirements

• Available for relocation to Novomoskovsk, Tula Region.
• Third-year student or within two years of graduation.
• Technical academic background, preferably in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or process engineering.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with an interest in learning and leading.
• Available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
