Technical Projects Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: Novomoskovsk, Tula region; relocation to Novomoskovsk required

Salary: 110,000 RUB gross per month

A global consumer goods company operating a large powder manufacturing plant in Novomoskovsk.

What you will do

• Study technological processes and production stages.
• Learn the layout and technical equipment of production lines.
• Develop and implement projects to optimize work processes.
• Lead projects focused on optimizing pneumatic system process parameters.
• Develop technical solutions for production automation and digitalization.
• Complete a live individual business project during the 3–6 month internship.

Requirements

• Ready to relocate to Novomoskovsk, Tula region.
• Third-year students or candidates who graduated no more than two years ago.
• Technical academic background, preferably in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or process engineering.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
