Supervisor, Recovery

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily workflow and performance of the recovery and revenue cycle management team.
• Manage investigations, reviews, resolutions, recoveries, and settlements for complex claims issues.
• Monitor aging activity, accounts receivable credits, cash-to-revenue metrics, and unapplied payments.
• Investigate escalated issues and support the resolution of customer and insurance payer questions.
• Monitor inbound and outbound calls to ensure service-level standards are met.
• Hire, coach, motivate, counsel, and manage employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, recovery, or revenue cycle management.
• Previous experience as a functional-area lead or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• U.S. work authorization is required, with no current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
