Product Management Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite in Reno, Nevada, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for international calls and meetings. Domestic and international travel of up to 15–25% may be required.

What you will do

• Support product strategies and roadmap activities for assigned semiconductor cleaning materials product lines.
• Assist with product lifecycle management, including product maintenance, launches, enhancements, and phase-outs.
• Engage OEMs and ecosystem partners through strategic account discussions, technical presentations, roadmap alignment, and design-win activities.
• Gather customer insights, analyze market opportunities, and support new product development and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional decisions involving customer value, risk, speed, business impact, pricing, and resource prioritization.
• Develop forecasts, track business metrics, prepare recommendations, and maintain product documentation, presentations, training materials, and data sheets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales support, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Business, Marketing, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence others.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, specialty materials, industrial products, or technical manufacturing environments.
• Experience with 300mm wafer fabrication and handling, leading-edge IDMs or foundries, fab automation, or semiconductor equipment OEMs.
• Experience in a global or multicultural environment.
