Manager, Strategic Partnerships - Vaccine (Biopharma)

Location: Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Identify, onboard, and manage CROs and external vendors supporting specialty laboratory testing for vaccine clinical trials.
• Coordinate R&D operations and external partners as the primary project liaison.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver immunogenicity, virologic, bacteriologic, and other bioanalytical testing.
• Coordinate assay development, qualification, and validation within defined timelines.
• Author and manage work orders, protocols, reports, analyst qualifications, and quality documentation.
• Schedule CRO testing, manage vendor budgets, and align spending with financial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science and 2+ years of vendor and project management experience in pharma or vaccines, or a Master’s degree with 1+ years, or a PhD with 1+ years.
• Previous experience in a research or laboratory setting.
• Experience managing budgets and projects, with strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, and operational skills.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, technical, and scientific communication skills.
• Advanced written and verbal English skills.
