Location: Onsite at one of the Tri-State locations: Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, or Armonk, NY; Warren, NJ; or Cambridge, MA

Salary: $255,000–$424,900 annually

What you will do

• Enforce enterprise data quality standards and translate policy into operating procedures.
• Lead master data management, data cataloging, and enterprise data accessibility.
• Own the semantic layer, business glossary, and taxonomy to maintain consistent definitions.
• Develop knowledge graph infrastructure and federated, AI-ready data ecosystems.
• Maintain GxP-compliant data standards and audit-ready regulated pipelines.
• Set enterprise-wide data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 17+ years of experience in enterprise data management, data governance, or data architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in data governance, master data management, and metadata management.
• Experience leading federated data architecture and semantic-layer initiatives.
• Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and RAG.
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering, business, scientific, legal, and regulatory teams.
