Merchandising Operations Program Manager (eCommerce)

Location: Plantation, FL; Boston, MA; or Bellevue, WA. The position may require travel.

Base salary: $95,500–$152,500 per year, plus potential equity grants and eligibility for a 401(k).

hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform and serves pet partners through merchandising, catalog, product, technology, fulfillment, and support functions.

What you will do

• Own the partner platform onboarding and management roadmap, operational governance, and related processes.
• Set and track KPIs and program metrics, producing performance reports and actionable insights.
• Define and deliver partner program strategies while managing trade-offs and timelines.
• Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for partner systems and services workflows.
• Manage onboarding, partner compliance, and partner system integration workflows.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and support incident investigations and resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant business experience and program or product management experience.
• Ability to write custom SQL queries and analyze large, complex datasets.
• Experience coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in seller management, operations management, supply chain, or fulfillment services.
• Experience with Mirakl or other e-commerce SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Oracle CRM or similar software environments.
• Knowledge of product classification, catalog taxonomy, and product launch processes.
