Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid office model with the option to work fully from the office or partially from home. Relocation support is available for moves to Munich from more than 300 km away. Workation is available for up to four weeks twice per year from another country in the European Union.

What you will do

• Own the experimentation strategy and roadmap to increase direct and repeat bookings across the customer journey.
• Design, lead, and implement cross-channel experiments across web, CRM, paid media, and on-site experiences.
• Use and evolve the CMS to build, test, and optimize landing pages and web experiences.
• Establish frameworks for experiment design, measurement, and decision-making.
• Translate experiment results into scalable initiatives and drive implementation across teams.
• Align stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives from insight through execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRO, Product Marketing, or a similar field.
• Proven experience running and scaling impactful experiments across web and marketing channels.
• Strong knowledge of conversion optimization, user behavior, and funnel analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar, including independent page building and iteration.
• Understanding of A/B testing, incrementality, and attribution limitations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and pragmatic decision-making skills.
