Senior SEA Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Cologne, Germany; remote within Germany is available for day-to-day work, with expected attendance at team events and important office moments.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and own Google Shopping, Google Search, and Bing campaigns from strategy through daily optimization.
• Develop and scale the paid search channel, including campaign structure, bidding, audiences, feeds, and ad copy.
• Manage significant advertising budgets and own the annual budget plan and KPI framework.
• Analyze performance data, identify insights, and turn them into concrete optimization actions.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives and apply learnings to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data, Pricing, and Country Management teams on relevance and measurement accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEA or performance marketing experience with Search and Shopping campaigns at scale.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, and feed optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution models and web analytics, including GA4.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent English is required.
• Remote work is available only within Germany; participation in team events and important office moments in Cologne is expected.

• Experience with ProductsUp.
• German language skills.
• Experience building AI- or LLM-based workflows, scripts, or automation for marketing.
