What you will do

• Integrate sustainability into marketing and sales activities.
• Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor developments.
• Lead the international Customer Voice Community.
• Develop communication and training materials on sustainability topics.
• Support regional sales teams with customer interactions, inquiries, and tenders.
• Translate customer requirements into sustainable portfolio development and efficient management processes.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, sustainability management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of healthcare or medical technology markets.
• Knowledge of circular economy, life cycle assessment, or product carbon footprint topics.
• Experience in international and cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
