Field Reimbursement Manager - Neurology (Northeast)

What you will do

• Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans supporting the launch of an HCP-administered rare disease therapy.
• Advise healthcare providers on coverage, coding, product acquisition, patient support services, and site-of-care decisions.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and collaborate with Patient Services on patient onboarding, therapy initiation, and ongoing treatment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors, Medical, provider offices, specialty pharmacies, and infusion sites.
• Help resolve prior authorizations, denials, appeals, payer restrictions, and other access barriers in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor payer policy, coding, distribution pathway, and launch changes while managing coverage across the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in biopharma reimbursement, market access, or field-based access roles in a matrix environment.
• At least 2 years of direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies; buy-and-bill experience is preferred.
• Experience with buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.
• Field-based work and efficient coverage of the assigned territory.
