Field Reimbursement Manager - Neurology (South Central)

Location: Field role covering Dallas/Houston, Texas (South Central)

What you will do

• Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans supporting product launch, site-of-care optimization, and sustained patient access.
• Educate healthcare providers about patient support services and collaborate on patient onboarding, therapy initiation, and ongoing treatment.
• Build relationships with providers, administrators, office staff, financial coordinators, and other access champions.
• Coordinate access activities across provider offices, specialty pharmacies, infusion sites, Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors, and Medical.
• Help resolve prior authorizations, denials, appeals, payer restrictions, coding updates, and other reimbursement barriers.
• Monitor payer policy, distribution pathway, and launch changes while managing coverage of the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in biopharma reimbursement, market access, or field-based access roles in a matrix environment.
• At least 2 years of direct reimbursement experience supporting medical-benefit therapies; buy-and-bill experience is preferred.
• Experience with buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.
• Ability to work in a field-based role across the assigned South Central territory.
