Field Reimbursement Manager (Neurology)

What you will do

• Develop account-specific access and reimbursement plans supporting product launch, site-of-care optimization, and continued patient access.
• Educate healthcare providers about patient support services and collaborate on patient onboarding, therapy initiation, and ongoing treatment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors, Medical, provider offices, specialty pharmacies, and infusion sites.
• Guide healthcare professionals through prior authorizations, denials, appeals, payer restrictions, coding updates, and reimbursement challenges.
• Communicate REMS requirements accurately and adapt to changing payer policies, launch dynamics, and distribution pathways.
• Manage territory coverage and build relationships with providers, administrators, office staff, and financial coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in biopharma reimbursement, market access, or field-based access roles in a matrix environment.
• At least 2 years of direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies; buy-and-bill experience is preferred.
• Experience with buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.
• Proactive planning, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
