SCM Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Sparks, Nevada, United States. Wednesday–Saturday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM; 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends may be required.

What you will do

• Enter production consumption, production results, delivery allocations, raw material deliveries, and live production plan adjustments.
• Verify clerical calculations against system stock levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Compare system and manual delivery results, correcting records and reporting variances.
• Create delivery order requests based on production plans, planner guidance, and facility capacity.
• Maintain hourly delivery allocation rate information and coordinate with supply chain, quality, production, and customer contacts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Working-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is required.
• Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven, high-volume production environment.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
• Ability to wear required PPE and frequently lift or team-lift materials up to and above 35 pounds.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Associate degree.
