Analyst Trading and Markets (Crypto)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; in-office collaboration is expected 10+ days per month

Salary: $144,000–$170,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Assist with pricing, quoting, and executing trades across digital asset and crypto/fiat pairs.
• Support sales campaigns through client calls and convert relationships into trading flow.
• Monitor algorithmic execution and market-making activity.
• Identify and address trading and execution anomalies.

Requirements

• Proven ability to handle RFQs and develop client relationships.
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading and market-making strategies.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Operational rigor and collaborative working style.
• Availability to work from Miami with regular in-office attendance.
