Business Applications Administrator (Entrata): Administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and improving Entrata and other business applications supporting multifamily property operations with an accent on security roles, permissions, workflows, data integrity, and Tier 3 support. Focus on resolving complex application issues, coordinating technology initiatives, and partnering with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to improve system performance.

Location: Denver, CO, USA; in-office role

Salary: $62,000–$72,000 yearly, plus a target annual 10% bonus

What you will do

  • Administer, configure, and support Entrata and other business applications used by Property Operations.
  • Provide Tier 3 functional and technical support for escalated user issues and system questions.
  • Configure security roles, permissions, workflows, document mapping, and automated document tools.
  • Maintain application data integrity, change-control documentation, directories, process records, and reporting support.
  • Partner with IT, business teams, and vendors to resolve system issues and improve application performance.
  • Support technology initiatives through project coordination, meeting facilitation, timeline tracking, and budget awareness.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Entrata, property management software, or business applications in multifamily real estate.
  • Experience configuring application settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, or administrative controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and internal customer support skills.
  • Ability and interest to work in the office as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Detail-oriented, service-minded, accurate, responsive, and committed to developing deep subject-matter expertise.
