Annual pay range: $55,900–$75,000

What you will do

• Act as the technical liaison between clients and internal product, engineering, database, and systems teams.
• Configure, fine-tune, and maintain hirify.global applications for specific client workflows.
• Gather client business needs and convert them into precise technical requirements.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and manage the issue-to-resolution process.
• Lead application change projects, tracking progress, deadlines, stakeholders, and risks.
• Communicate clear, professional updates and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• 1–3 years of experience in product implementation, technical support, or client support.
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to clarify client requests.
• Technical project management or coordination skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Ability to understand client business needs and communicate with varied audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or a programming language.
• Familiarity with real estate concepts.
