Summer Internship - Business Operations

Location: Dulles, Virginia, United States; 100% onsite in an office and warehouse setting

Salary: $24–$39.75 per hour, based on degree program and year in school.

What you will do

• Map warehouse fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize operational data into reports and presentations for management.
• Support daily warehouse operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Document standard operating procedures and help coordinate training materials for warehouse staff.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited college or university; a high school diploma or GED is also required.
• Must be able to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
• Knowledge of computer programs, including Google Suite products.
• Effective verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in an office and warehouse environment and comply with required personal protective equipment rules.

Nice to have

• Studies in business administration, operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with process documentation or mapping.
• Experience manipulating, validating, and presenting data.
• Experience with independent or group projects and continuous improvement.
