Salary: $163,275–$244,860 per year

hirify.global is building Nova, a fully and rapidly reusable launch vehicle designed for daily flight and lower-cost, more reliable space transportation.

What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, launch services agreements, software and technology licenses, vendor agreements, master services agreements, and consulting agreements.
  • Own commercial contract negotiations from intake through execution, escalating novel or high-risk matters when appropriate.
  • Build scalable contracting infrastructure, including templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, and approval processes.
  • Advise on intellectual property, confidentiality, indemnification, liability, insurance, data security, compliance, payment, and termination provisions.
  • Partner with business development, engineering, finance, IT/security, and executive teams to develop compliant commercial solutions.
  • Use technology and automation to improve legal processes and support broader corporate and operational matters.

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • 8+ years of commercial or corporate legal experience.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, drafting, communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to rapid change, and balance legal and business requirements.
  • Experience with aerospace, defense, or hardware technology is highly desirable, along with comfort understanding technically complex systems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet applicable ITAR requirements; employment also requires completion of I-9 and E-Verify processes.
