Senior Manager, Cyber Risk Insights (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; or Southlake, TX

Salary: USD $175,000–$219,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for cyber risk insights, metrics, dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
• Define and improve the cyber and technology risk insights strategy, including key risk indicators, data standards, and reporting methodology.
• Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation to identify trends, anomalies, emerging risks, control performance issues, and issue linkages.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and centralized reporting capabilities that communicate risk posture, control quality, issue trends, and management actions.
• Partner with technology, risk, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to improve metric quality, data lineage, governance, and reporting standards.
• Use approved technologies and responsible AI-enabled analytics to improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and strengthen risk outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk, cybersecurity risk, operational risk, audit, compliance, data analytics, reporting, or related risk disciplines.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of technology and cybersecurity risk, control evaluation, key risk indicators, metric governance, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and COBIT.
• Experience developing risk metrics, executive dashboards, reporting narratives, data quality standards, calculation documentation, and governance routines.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across technology, risk, compliance, audit, and business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, cybersecurity, data analytics, risk management, business, or a related field.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT.
