AI Section Lead - Automation & Innovation Department

Location: Warsaw, ul. Marynarska 12, Poland; hybrid work with at least 50% office presence required

What you will do

• Lead and support AI engineers and Product Owners within the AI section.
• Develop team capabilities through feedback, career guidance, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Support predictable delivery of AI initiatives by removing blockers, resolving dependencies, and monitoring commitments and performance.
• Manage section capacity planning, workload distribution, resource allocation, and organizational delivery risks.
• Coordinate cooperation between AI teams, Product Owners, Engineers, Scrum Masters, cloud, infrastructure, security, data, and business stakeholders.
• Support budget planning, vendor cooperation, and workforce management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience delivering complex AI and automation initiatives.
• Proven people management and talent development experience.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, modern software engineering practices, and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Experience managing team capacity, priorities, and delivery risks, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English at B2 level and availability for hybrid work with at least 50% office presence in Warsaw.
