Regional Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Must reside in Iowa, travel 50% of the time within Iowa, and work from home for the remainder of the week

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year plus company equity

What you will do

• Manage home modification installations from project initiation through completion.
• Coordinate clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and review a regional network of service providers.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Handle escalated technical and client service issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction field experience, preferably in residential construction.
• 5+ years of experience in residential management.
• Experience with home modifications such as bathrooms and ramps is preferred.
• Residence in Iowa and ability to travel 50% of the time within the state are required.
