What you will do

• Conduct market and portfolio analyses for strategically important material groups.
• Develop and implement supplier strategies, including risk management measures.
• Lead price and contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Implement international sourcing strategies and deliver sustainable cost savings.
• Build supplier relationships and coordinate procurement activities with internal functions and group companies.
• Support strategically relevant projects and optimize procurement quality, risk, and cost performance.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a comparable field.
• Fluent, negotiation-ready English.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, structuring, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Approximately three years of experience in business consulting, ideally involving complex topics, workstream management, stakeholder management, transformation, or procurement initiatives.
• Strong ownership, accountability, self-motivation, and hands-on execution.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Supplier management, international or cross-functional project experience.
• Experience with cost optimization and value creation initiatives.
