What you will do

• Provide operational support for applications in the Connected Supply Chain portfolio.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, changes, deployments, upgrades, patches, and production releases.
• Troubleshoot application, database, server, interface, authentication, and performance issues.
• Maintain production, test, cloud, and on-premises application environments, including SQL databases, .NET services, operating systems, and migrations.
• Administer user access, service accounts, Active Directory groups, application registrations, SSO, and Entra ID/Azure AD configurations.
• Improve monitoring, automation, standardization, documentation, disaster recovery readiness, and operational processes while coordinating with vendors and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in application support, application administration, or IT operations in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management, preferably with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
• Hands-on experience with business-critical applications, databases, server environments, SQL Server, Windows Server, and .NET-based applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, SSO, identity and access management, SSL certificates, authentication, and security practices.
• Professional proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate with international vendors and cross-functional technical teams.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation or another IT Service Management certification.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, SaaS, or cloud migration applications.
• Knowledge of application portfolio management, licensing, and vendor management.
