Contract Writing System Test and Evaluation Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze user stories, technical specifications, and functional requirements to establish comprehensive test coverage.
• Design, write, execute, and maintain test cases and scenarios for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, including root-cause analysis and issue reproduction with development teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, software developers, teammates, and program management on quality goals and deliverables.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while reporting testing status and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance required to start.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience; or an Associate’s degree and at least 6 years of experience; or 60 semester hours toward a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience; or 8 years of experience.
• Required certification: ITIL, SCRUM, or SAFe.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within restricted timeframes while working independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with government contract writing.
• Familiarity with federal accounting and entitlement systems.
