Location: Onsite at the Crossman Respect Building in Sunnyvale, California, United States

Salary: $143,000–$286,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop, test, and deploy advanced data science solutions using Python and SQL.
• Design and validate predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and statistical techniques.
• Analyze business problems, identify root causes, and translate requirements into data strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Assess data sources and manage data quality for modeling and analytics.
• Monitor model performance and manage model lifecycles to maintain scalable solutions.
• Mentor team members on analytical methods, model development, and data visualization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models with Python.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, advanced modeling, and solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data sourcing, quality assessment, and data ecosystem management.
• Expertise in model validation, tuning, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of analytics experience, a master's degree with 3 years of experience, or 7 years of experience in analytics or a related field.
• Experience mentoring teams and translating complex business problems into data-driven strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with optimization models, a PhD, academic publications, or peer-review activity in a related field.
• Successful completion of assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
• Experience with open-source frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Torch.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
