Annual salary: $106,000–$159,000, with possible bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to develop, validate, and improve predictive models.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to support search, recommendations, pricing, and inventory systems.
• Integrate customer interest metrics, web clickstream data, market pricing, and other data sources.
• Design and execute controlled experiments to measure the business impact of new models.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and communicate model functionality to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Research emerging methodologies and help shape the strategic roadmap for data science innovation.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Ability to solve complex problems with analytics and influence business outcomes.
• Experience managing projects and delivering results on time.
• Excellent communication and collaborative relationship-building skills.
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategic analysis, financial analysis, consulting, or engineering.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in statistics, data science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for big data analysis.
