What you will do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electrical, electronic, air, water, and other equipment systems.
• Handle general maintenance service calls and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Repair and install doors, furniture, office partitions, flooring, drywall, and related facility components.
• Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC-R, carpentry, painting, and staining work.
• Set up and tear down events according to diagrams, moving furniture and equipment safely.
• Maintain technical logs, document daily work, and follow Illinois gaming regulations and departmental procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to climb extension ladders to heights of 20 feet or more and operate trucks and light motorized equipment.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, flexible shifts, and unusual hours.
• Must obtain and maintain required federal, state, and Illinois Gaming Commission licenses and certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a background check.
• Strong communication and guest service skills, with the ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Nice to have

• HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry certification or completed apprenticeship.
• Experience opening new properties or outlets.
• Aerial lift training or certification.
