Partner, Value, Access & Pricing (Life Sciences)

Location: Waltham, MA - Headquarters

Salary: $240,000–$360,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead multiple Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing project teams and manage daily client interactions.
• Develop value, market access, and pricing strategies with actionable recommendations for client business questions.
• Identify follow-on work and new opportunities, field RFPs, and develop proposals for global pricing, market access, and value strategy engagements.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, finances, client-ready materials, research outputs, and final reports.
• Coordinate workstreams and collaborate with project managers, junior staff, and client stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership, train consultants, and mentor junior employees across project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement.
• 10+ years of experience as a top performer at a top-tier biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or strategy consulting firm serving leading industry clients.
• Demonstrated success in business development for global pricing services.
• Working knowledge of advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and numerical capability.

Nice to have

• Major in health sciences, economics, or HEOR.
• Demonstrated interest in life sciences.
