Sr. Analyst, Data Governance

Location: Hybrid role based at D&Z-King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA 19130, United States; regular work at the company office or work site is required. Occasional travel to the home office, approximately 5%.

Salary: $91,600–$137,400 per year.

What you will do

• Define and enforce enterprise data governance standards, stewardship roles, ownership models, and business rules with Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Profile complex datasets with SQL, assess data quality, validate business rules, identify anomalies, and track governance KPIs.
• Build and maintain interactive data quality dashboards and scorecards using Power BI or comparable visualization platforms.
• Investigate root causes across workflows, system configurations, integrations, and data flows, then coordinate and validate remediation.
• Govern Customer, Vendor, Employee, Material, Project, Asset, and Organizational master data, including approval workflows, reference data, and Golden Records.
• Maintain business glossaries, metadata repositories, Critical Data Elements documentation, data lineage models, governance reports, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Expert SQL skills for data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and complex data quality investigations.
• Practical knowledge of data governance, Master Data Management, metadata management, business glossaries, data lineage, and Critical Data Elements.
• Advanced Power BI or comparable BI skills and strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Bullhorn, plus ETL, API integrations, data migrations, and enterprise data flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with at least five years of progressive experience in data governance, data quality, data analysis, MDM, BI, ERP, or data engineering.
• Ability to regularly perform job functions at the company office or work site in Pennsylvania. Complex written and spoken English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
• Familiarity with Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
