Early Career Intern - Real Estate (Equity & Credit)

Location: Dallas, Texas; must work in the Dallas office and spend at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Support either the Real Estate Credit or Equity team while collaborating across both businesses.
• Assist with commercial real estate deals, transactions, client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence.
• Prepare and update property- and portfolio-level financial models in Excel and Argus, including sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare written analyses and evaluations of prospective and existing investment opportunities.
• Complete real-world case studies and lead an end-of-summer capstone project.
• Participate in training, networking, professional development, and exposure to multiple real estate asset classes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a rising junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, technical, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in the Dallas office and be authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, CPT, and related immigration support are not available.

Nice to have

• Academic focus in real estate, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, or business.
• Curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets.
• Prior internship experience in real estate investment management.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise.
