Early Career Intern - Real Estate (Equity & Credit)

Location: Los Angeles, California; must be able to work in the Los Angeles office and spend at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Gain exposure to real estate credit and equity businesses, multiple asset classes, and commercial real estate transactions.
• Assist with property- and portfolio-level financial models in Excel and/or Argus, including sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare written analyses and evaluations of prospective and existing investment opportunities.
• Participate in internal and external client meetings, contract negotiations, due diligence, and transaction work.
• Complete real-world cash studies and lead an end-of-summer capstone project.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, technical, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
• Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, CPT, and other immigration sponsorship assistance are not available.

Nice to have

• Academic focus in real estate, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, economics, or business.
• Curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets.
• Prior real estate investment management internship experience.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise.
