TL;DR

Focus on debugging learning modules, maintaining Workday and HRIS integrations, testing upgrades, automating dashboards, and ensuring reliable LMS operations.

Salary: $63,909–$79,864 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

  • Own the technical administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and upgrades of the enterprise LMS.
  • Design and launch eLearning and instructor-led training campaigns with automated assignments, notifications, workflows, and enterprise rollouts.
  • Upload, test, debug, customize, and publish SCORM, AICC, and xAPI learning packages using Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Visual Basic.
  • Build compliance and learning dashboards and reports covering completions, utilization, engagement, ROI, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain LMS integrations with Workday, HRIS, performance management systems, and third-party content providers using APIs, SSO, and connectors.
  • Coordinate with IT, vendors, HR, Legal, business leaders, and end users on escalations, upgrades, regression testing, governance, and system reliability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Learning Technologies, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of LMS administration, customer service, or administrative coordination experience, including data entry and document or spreadsheet formatting.
  • Strong experience with SCORM/xAPI compliance, courseware publishing, eLearning and ILT assignments, LMS campaigns, and QA test scripts.
  • Experience with Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, SCORM manifest editing, APIs, system integrations, SSO, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills; SQL or BI tool experience is preferred. Familiarity with compliance, audit documentation, data governance, ADA, and WCAG is required.
  • Workday HCM, Blanchard Exchange, multiple LMS platforms, vendor management, change management, project management, and enterprise stakeholder communication experience are preferred.
