Associate Developer (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Support module-level front-end configuration using HTML and CSS templates.
• Assist with minor UI adjustments, form creation, and style updates.
• Prepare and validate data and execute basic SQL queries.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand business requirements and delivery objectives.
• Maintain internal project documentation and issue tracking.
• Learn Mainsail platform capabilities and delivery best practices through hands-on project work.

Requirements

• 0–6 months of experience or an early-career background in software development.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to read and make simple edits.
• Exposure to JavaScript fundamentals and introductory SQL for data review and validation.
• Willingness to learn C#/.NET environments and understand API and data workflows.
• Clear communication, curiosity, and willingness to ask questions and contribute.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Excel or Word.

Nice to have

• Exposure to .NET Core for understanding back-end behavior and platform architecture.
