Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Drupal/React)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States

Base salary: $84,200–$125,800 annually, with potential bonus or commission and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Build flagship digital experiences on pega.com using Drupal CMS, the design system, and reusable React components.
• Translate business requirements into technical tickets, participate in sprint planning and UAT, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Bridge Digital Marketing, UX, IT, and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support pattern libraries, visual style guides, and reusable digital templates with UX, brand, and content publishing teams.
• Ensure digital solutions meet brand, visual design, usability, scope, and quality standards.
• Promote digital excellence and advocate for strategic, user-centric design practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with SEO and analytics tools.
• Experience with Drupal or other enterprise CMS platforms and B2B corporate websites.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS; React and JavaScript experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code/Design, or other AI-assisted design and coding tools.
• Understanding of UX, SEO, digital marketing, user-centric design, reusable components, and frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with developers in agile environments, plus strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with corporate digital design systems.
• Interest in AI and experience leveraging LLMs or agents.
