Location: Costa Rica

Salary: ₡10,000,000–₡13,000,000 colones per year, with potential additional bonus depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the Visual Experience Platform and its applications.
• Build dynamic, personalized content for email, web, and other marketing channels using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage campaign builds from client brief through final asset delivery.
• Respond to client campaign requests and track work through a ticketing system.
• Test each build against requirements and resolve issues to deliver error-free content.
• Manage a growing portfolio of client campaigns and track time spent on each build.

Requirements

• Written and spoken English proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with the Client Experience team.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug code efficiently.
• Experience building pixel-perfect content from creative files such as Photoshop designs.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, empathetic, and reliable approach to work.
