What you will do

• Provide strategic marketing expertise to maximize the organization’s website as a key marketing channel.
• Lead personalization efforts, the content roadmap, off-site SEO, paid search, and analytics initiatives.
• Manage small- to medium-sized marketing projects from planning through delivery, budget, and quality control.
• Report on channel performance and recommend improvements to marketing KPIs and member experience.
• Influence stakeholders and collaborate with digital marketing, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support junior marketing professionals and resolve complex project and marketing challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience required.
• Expert knowledge of marketing concepts, copywriting, editing, graphic design, public relations, and project management.
• Working knowledge of website content management systems, email service providers, social media monitoring tools, and tag management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with AP style, and the ability to work independently.
