What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy and performance for an assigned portfolio of multifamily communities.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and lead generation to maximize ROI.
• Analyze marketing data to diagnose performance challenges and recommend actionable improvements.
• Manage marketing technology platforms and ensure data integrity across CRM and reporting tools.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and creative agencies to ensure brand standards and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with operations teams to develop property marketing budgets and monitor spending.

Requirements

• 4+ years of multifamily marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing strategies including paid media and social advertising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with marketing analytics and translating data into business recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Yardi or RealPage products.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
