What you will do

• Administer, design, and enhance Dynatrace-based enterprise monitoring and observability environments.
• Implement application performance, synthetic, real user, infrastructure, cloud, and end-user experience monitoring.
• Develop monitoring standards, dashboards, metrics, health checks, alerting policies, and Dynatrace Extensions 2.0.
• Monitor Windows, Linux, VMware, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, databases, middleware, networks, storage, and enterprise applications.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow and event management platforms to support automated incident creation and ticket workflows.
• Lead application onboarding, incident response, root cause analysis, technical discovery, documentation, governance, and monitoring improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting enterprise monitoring or observability platforms and 5+ years supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure.
• 10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience administering Dynatrace or comparable monitoring solutions, including APM, alert management, event correlation, and monitoring dashboards.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, networking fundamentals, database monitoring, ServiceNow, and enterprise incident management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to work in Gahanna, Ohio, United States and support enterprise infrastructure operations.

Nice to have

• Dynatrace certification, Splunk or SolarWinds administration, and OpenShift or Kubernetes monitoring experience.
• Experience developing Dynatrace Extensions 2.0 and using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other automation scripting.
• Experience with enterprise authentication solutions such as Entra ID, SSO, LDAP, SAML, or OAuth.
• Experience in regulated utility, critical infrastructure, energy, or NERC/CIP environments.
