Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; onsite

Base salary: $98,240–$135,080 per year

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes.
• Collaborate with design engineering to coordinate the release of new products.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Plan and design manufacturing processes for industrial plant operations.
• Lead the design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of manufacturing operations including machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding, brazing, assembly, and material handling.
• Work with continuous improvement teams to plan and oversee transformation projects.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience handling multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, organization, planning, time management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR is required; non-U.S. persons may not be eligible.
• Strong ethical values, integrity, and accountability for achieving goals and standards.
