Senior Manager IT Product

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Base pay: $112,200–$202,600 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Own core technology products from discovery through delivery.
• Define product strategies, capabilities, features, and roadmaps.
• Deliver scalable technical solutions that address internal and external user needs.
• Manage product budgets, forecasting, and ongoing product health.
• Coordinate solutions across systems and work with software engineering and business stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement across product development and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of IT experience, or 11 years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with application development platforms or languages, including HTML, CSS, or Java.
• Experience with cloud computing, SaaS or PaaS, DevOps, continuous integration or deployment, and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of product-specific application architecture, solution architecture, and application domains.
• Experience with program or project management, agile or Scrum development, prioritization, trade-off decisions, leadership, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
